How it Works ;;
If you are interested in setting up a session with me, there are just a few simple steps to follow.
Step One:
Decide what you're looking for in a session. Is it just you or are you involving your family and/or friends? Are you looking for something specific (ie: senior portraits, personal photos, maternity, family portraits, etc)?
Once you've decided what you are wanting, you can go to the Investment page and check out pricing.
Step Two:
The next step is to go to the Booking page and fill out the form and send it in by hitting "Submit" once all the fields are filled in correctly. I'll review the form and ask you any questions I have, via email, and see if I'm free on the day(s) and time(s) you have put in.
Once we've scheduled a time and date, I require a deposit (half required session price) be placed within 7 days of booking by cash or check. I can, at this time and if we're meeting in person, show you finalized print page styles from my personal portfolio to see which type of paper you wish to get your prints printed on and also discuss some of the session's details in person of what you'd like to see in the coming session if you'd like.
Step Three:
Now we wait for the date and time of the session. During this waiting period, you can check out my What to Wear page to get ideas of different clothing items and accessories you may want to bring, if any at all.
If something comes up and we must cancel the session, a refund of half the deposit will be given (granted I haven't already traveled) if the session was cancelled on your end and the full deposit if it was cancelled on my end. Or we can just simply reschedule with no harm done.
If all goes well and we are able to get through the session, I will proof the images and place them online in my Find Your Session blog here on this site for you and your family/friends to review. I will email you the password to the blog.
Step Four:
Now it's decision time. You get to choose your free retouched photos from the blog. Once I know which you want, I will try my best to get the retouched images back to you within 7 days (I do have two other jobs after all). Retouching generally involves color correcting, blemish removal, and potentially adding in filters of sorts to enhance the photo.
Step Five:
Once I've finished editing/retouching your photos, I'll send you a proof of each of your edited photos for approval. If you're pleased with them, let me know if you wish to have your photos printed and what sizes. I will request the second half of the payment (including payment for any prints, additional retouches, etc) and, once I've received it, I will give you the finished images with no copyright on image via CD and send off your print order if you have one.
Step Six:
Now that everything is complete, once the prints come in (which can take up to 10 business days), I will shoot you a call, text, or email and let you know that the prints are in. We can plan to meet, or if you'd rather me mail them to you, I can do that too. Just let me know which best works out for you.
At this point I hope you're happy with the service and hopefully we can work together again in the future one day!
